Career Karma’s product evolution led to a pivot toward an AI agent platform, focusing on opportunities in AI-driven tools. When I joined, the design foundation needed refinement to address scalability and consistency. I reorganized file management, information architecture, and components for better collaboration.
The sidebar’s original grouping of “Voice Mode,” “SMS Mode,” “Chat Mode,” “Logs,” and “Customize” caused confusion, as only Voice and Chat Modes supported visual customization. I streamlined this by integrating visual settings directly into Voice and Chat Modes with distinct tabs and removed the redundant “Customize” section, consolidating settings within each modality.
I also designed an analytics dashboard to provide clear insights into communication performance across Voice, iFrame, SMS, and Text Chat channels. Key metrics were displayed with trend indicators, supported by visualizations like stacked area charts, line graphs, and donut charts. The design emphasized clarity with a consistent layout and interactive filters for timeframes and companions.
Additionally, I worked on a multi-agent AI workflow builder with a drag-and-drop interface. I managed the end-to-end design process, including detailed documentation of all interactions, ensuring scalability and usability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
